These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jjawin platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account, placing any wager or accepting any promotional offer.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use jjawin. One account per person; no duplicate or shared accounts permitted.
All promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposits, eligible games and expiry periods. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the associated terms. No bonus may be transferred or exchanged for cash before rollover completion.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jjawin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at jjawin.cam, including all associated services, features, content, applications and functionality offered through the platform.
By accessing jjawin.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register an account and use the Platform, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. jjawin operates an adults-only policy. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
jjawin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts found to have been opened by or for a person below the minimum age will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be held pending investigation.
By accessing the Platform, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. jjawin does not represent that the Platform is available or lawful in all jurisdictions.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jjawin. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated through them will be forfeited.
You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are depositing and wagering your own funds.
To register an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where requested, a valid mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
jjawin may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, increasing account limits or at any other time deemed necessary for regulatory or security purposes. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used.
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time period following a request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. The name registered on your account must match the name on your payment account; third-party payments are not accepted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person. jjawin will never request your password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify support immediately via email at [email protected].
jjawin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, reproduce, copy or commercialise any portion of the Platform or its content.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any jjawin server or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.
Access to the Platform requires a compatible internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser. jjawin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. jjawin accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
The Platform is optimised for mobile browsers and performs well on 4G connections commonly used across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, jjawin does not guarantee a specific level of performance on any particular network or device.
Deposits are accepted in PKR through the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your deposit. Available methods may include familiar Pakistani payment options; however, jjawin makes no representation that any specific method will always be available, and availability may change without notice.
The names Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for context as familiar Pakistan payment channels. jjawin does not claim endorsement, partnership or gambling support from any of these providers. Users must confirm method availability, fees and terms in the live cashier and with their respective payment provider.
Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in a refund and possible account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. jjawin does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times; times vary by method and operator-side processing schedules.
jjawin reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving withdrawal requests. Withdrawal amounts may not exceed your verified withdrawable balance, which excludes uncleared bonus funds or funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
jjawin does not currently charge platform-side withdrawal fees, though this may be subject to change. Payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
Where cryptocurrency deposit options are available in the cashier, they are subject to the same general terms as other deposit methods. Cryptocurrency balances are converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of deposit. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available by jjawin are subject to specific terms and conditions. The applicable terms for each offer will be published alongside the offer and must be read in full before opting in. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will prevail for that promotion.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and any other conditions will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed at odds below any stated minimum do not count toward rollover completion.
Any VIP programme, loyalty tier or long-term reward structure offered by jjawin is governed by separate programme-specific terms published alongside the programme details. Participation is at jjawin's discretion and tier thresholds or perks may change. No guaranteed lifetime benefit is implied by programme participation.
All wagers are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, game or event type as published on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing a wager. jjawin's rules interpretation in any dispute is final.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 internationals — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or other exceptional circumstances, markets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that event type.
Live (in-play) betting markets are offered at jjawin's discretion. Odds during live betting are subject to rapid change. A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the system and a bet confirmation reference is issued. No claim will be accepted based on odds displayed prior to confirmation.
Casino and live-casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random outcome mechanisms. jjawin does not guarantee any specific return-to-player rate on any individual session.
jjawin reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price, where the maximum liability for an event has been reached, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjawin Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the jjawin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of jjawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no right, licence or title to any Platform content beyond the limited access described in Section 5. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jjawin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjawin's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jjawin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jjawin makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in this section limits jjawin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
jjawin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support Players in managing their activity. The following controls are available within your account settings:
Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. If gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing, your relationships or your finances, please use the self-exclusion tool or seek help from a professional support organisation.
Adults Only: Access to jjawin is restricted to adults aged 18+, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may further restrict gambling. Before account closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining verified withdrawable balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, jjawin reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit that balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjawin holds its operating licence. jjawin does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall, to the extent possible, first be subject to a good-faith resolution process between the Player and jjawin, initiated by written notice to [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of jjawin's licence jurisdiction.
jjawin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jjawin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been communicated and/or published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
